1. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

2. Order Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched using our available courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.

3. Delivery Delays

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us using the email address provided on our website.

Where an order experiences a qualifying delivery delay, MPV Capital Cleaning Supplies may provide a 10% partial refund of the order value as compensation for the delay.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Delivery to a Pickup Location

In some circumstances, a courier may redirect a parcel to a nearby pickup location based on the delivery address, courier procedures, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

If your parcel has been transferred to a pickup location, you may be required to collect the parcel directly from that location. Customers are responsible for collecting parcels within the courier’s specified collection period.

5. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographic or video evidence showing:

  • The damaged outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product
  • Any other relevant evidence of damage

After reviewing the evidence, we may arrange a replacement product where appropriate.

Please retain the original packaging and damaged product until we have completed our assessment.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete address information was provided, additional delivery charges or other arrangements may apply.
